My Approach

I believe that every client's situation is unique. Therefore, I draw from a number of different evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of my clients. They include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing workplace stressors, burnout, addictions, and chronic issues. As a husband, father, and having served in the Canadian Forces, I am familiar with the life stressors many of you are facing.
